Crystal D’Cunha is an award-winning global speaker, leadership coach, and CX expert whose mission is to transform cultures through leadership, CX, EX, and DEI strategies. As the CEO of The INSIDE View Inc., Crystal partners with organizations across industries to build high-performing teams, ignite passion, and create exceptional customer experiences. Her certifications from the Disney Institute and mentorships with John Maxwell and Tony Robbins have shaped her unique approach to leadership and service excellence.

Crystal is also a Fascinate Certified Advisor, trained by Sally Hogshead, which allows her to help leaders and organizations discover their “fascination advantage”—the authentic qualities that make them engaging and influential. By integrating the Fascinate framework into her keynotes, workshops, and executive coaching sessions, Crystal empowers teams to connect authentically and create unforgettable experiences.
